A Bit About Me
I’m a qualified hypnotherapist with a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills, also a registered member of the National Hypnotherapy Society.
I work with adults who seek positive change. Helping them move towards a life that feels more fulfilling, balanced and aligned with what matters to them.
My approach is practical, collaborative and led by you. Rather than spending long periods analysing the past, we focus on where you want to be and how to move towards that in a way that feels manageable and supportive.
I was naturally drawn to this style of hypnotherapy because it aligns with the way I see change happening. My experience working in both healthcare and complementary therapies has shown me the value of looking at the whole person.
I believe a holistic approach helps people achieve results that last. At the same time, I stay closely connected to the latest research and developments, so the work I do is grounded, practical and evidence-based.
Sessions are tailored to your needs, focusing on the changes you want to see and the steps that will help you achieve them. The aim is to help you create meaningful, lasting change that carries into everyday life.
How Do You Know if I’m The Right Therapist For You?
That’s a really important question — and there isn’t one right answer.
Everyone looks for something different in a therapist.
For some people, it’s the type of therapy.
For others, it’s experience, cost, availability or simply feeling comfortable with the person sitting opposite them.
And sometimes it’s hard to put into words at all — you just want to feel that it fits.
Choosing a therapist can be daunting but when you’re choosing a private therapist, you can be selective. You’re allowed to ask questions. And you’re allowed to take your time.
What matters most isn’t ticking every box — it’s whether you feel safe enough, understood enough and supported enough to do the work you came for.
That’s Why I Offer a Free Initial Call.
It gives us both a chance get a sense of whether working together is right for you — with no pressure either way.
A strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of effective therapy. Feeling able to trust the person you’re working with matters.
And if I’m not the right fit for you, that’s okay too. What matters is that you find someone who is.
