1. Nature of the Service
Solution focused hypnotherapy is a supportive therapy designed to help you make positive changes in your life. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. The work we do is collaborative and tailored to your needs, but results may vary from person to person.
2. Suitability
This service is intended for adults who are seeking support to manage stress, anxiety, confidence, habits, or other personal challenges. If you have concerns about whether hypnotherapy is right for you, please discuss this during the free initial call.
3. Sessions and Delivery
All sessions are conducted online, unless otherwise agreed. It’s your responsibility to ensure a private, safe, and comfortable space for the session. Please check your technology in advance to avoid disruptions.
4. Fees and Payment
Sessions are £60 for 50 minutes. The first session, which includes a full consultation, lasts up to 90 minutes and is charged at the same rate. Payment is expected as agreed at the time of booking.
5. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances.
6. Confidentiality
Your privacy is important. All information shared during sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., safeguarding concerns). Any records are kept securely and treated with care in accordance with UK data protection laws (GDPR).
7. Crisis Support
Hypnotherapy is not crisis support. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, thoughts of self-harm, or severe distress, please contact your GP, local mental health crisis team, 111 or 999 and ask for ambulance.
8. Changes to Services
I reserve the right to update or modify services, fees, or Terms of Service. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
